CC Minutes 2002 11 12CHANHASSEN CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 12, 2002 Mayor Jansen called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. The meeting was opened with the Pledge to the Flag. COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Jansen, Councilman Labatt, Councilman Boyle, Councilman Ayotte COUNCILMEMBERS ABSENT: Councilman Peterson STAFF PRESENT: Todd Gerhardt, Elliott Knetsch, and Justin Miller PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENTS: None. CONSENT AGENDA: Councilman Ayotte moved, Councilman Boyle seconded to approve the following consent agenda items pursuant to the City Manager's recommendations: a. Accept Sanitary Sewer Improvements in Quinn Road, Project No. 01 -02. b. Approve Acquisition of a Temporary Salt and Sand Storage Unit, PW305. c. Set 2003 City Council Meeting Schedule. d. Approve Contract with Carver County Assessor. e. Accept Utility Improvements in Ashling Meadows, Project No. 01 -04. f. Approval of Bills. g. Approval of Minutes: - City Council Work Session Minutes dated October 28, 2002 - City Council Minutes dated October 28, 2002 Receive Commission Minutes: - Planning Commission Minutes dated October 15, 2002 h. Approve Amendment to Development Contract for Villages on the Ponds 7th Addition, Project No. 02 -12. All voted in favor and the motion carried unanimously with a vote of 4 to 0. VISITOR PRESENTATIONS: None. COUNCIL PRESENTATIONS: None. ADMINISTRATIVE PRESENTATIONS: Mayor Jansen: Todd, anything under administrative presentations? City Council Meeting — November 12, 2002 Todd Gerhardt: Nope. We've had good luck with the weather on the library making good progress and it's looking like a building.
