A determination of completeness of the application shall be made within ten business days of application submittal. A written
notice of application deficiencies shall be mailed to the applicant within ten business days of application.

CITY OF CHANHASSEN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen City Council will hold a public
hearing on Monday, October 14, 2002, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen City
Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the request for vacation of
portions of public drainage and utility easements located in Outlot F, Villages on the Ponds, Lotus
Realty.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review at City Hall
during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
