BACKGROUND On June 24, 2002, the City Council reviewed the draft of the proposed property maintenance code and rental license ordinance. The council directed staff to prepare a charge statement for the implementation of the ordinances. Attached is the charge statement for your review. RECOMMENDATION Staff is recommending approval of the charge statement.
