Property Maintenance Rental Licensing.
BACKGROUND
On June 24, 2002, the City Council reviewed the draft of the proposed property
maintenance code and rental license ordinance. The council directed staff to
prepare a charge statement for the implementation of the ordinances. Attached
is the charge statement for your review.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff is recommending approval of the charge statement.
