Benson, Project Engineer DATE: September 2, 1997 SUBJ: Accept Utility Improvements in Autumn Ridge 1st & 2nd Additions Project Nos. 95 -5 & 96 -4 Staff has received a letter from Derrick J. Passe, Project Engineer with Passe Engineering, Inc. requesting the City consider acceptance of the public utility improvements in the above - referenced project. According to Mr. Passe, the public utility improvements have been completed in conformance with the approved plans and specifications. City staff performed a walk - through inspection of the project and found the project is in satisfactory condition. It is therefore recommended that the City Council accept the public utility improvements in Autumn Ridge I st and 2nd Additions, Project . Nos. 95 -5 and 96 -4, for perpetual maintenance and ownership conditioned upon the developer and/or contractor supplying the City with an acceptable maintenance bond for two years from the date of acceptance and the completion of all remaining punchlist items by October 15, 1997.
