costs for relocation and renovation is between $50,000 and $60,000.

2. Joint Work Session with Carver County and the City of Chaska Regarding
the Development of a Toll Road for Highway 212: Staff has scheduled a joint
work session with the Carver County Board and the Chaska City Council to
consider the development of Highway 212 as a toll road. The meeting will be on:

3. Reschedule Joint City Council/Staff Goals Work Session: Several staff members have
a conflict with the joint council /staff meeting scheduled for January 20, 1996. Staff
would like to survey the city council at Monday's meeting to find an alternative date.
Staff recommends Wednesday, January 24 or 31 at 6:00 p.m. as possible alternatives.
