The property is affected by an Easement granted on May 13, 1971, and recorded as Document No. 3887952 to the Met Council and the City of Chanhassen for sanitary sewer purposes (copy enclosed) . The Easement included both a permanent and temporary construction easement for installation, but did not specify the expiration of the wider construction easement. Carol Johnson of the Met Council confirmed that the temporary easement is no longer necessary, and prepared the enclosed Release and Termination of Temporary Construction Easement which will terminate the temporary construction easement granted. Please arrange for review of the Release for City signature as the original easement was granted to the City (Village) also. As execution on behalf of the Met Council is in process, your prompt attention to this matter will be appreciated. Feel free to contact Joan Kuschke of CSM or me in the event you have questions. Thank you for your assistance.
