Change Order No. 1 consists of an additional 476.85 tons of MnDOT Type 41A wear course
material to the plan quantities. In order to achieve a minimum finished surface crown of 1 %2 %, a
leveling course was installed prior to the actual bituminous overlay process, thereby bringing the
pre - overlay road contour within a tolerable range.
