Incident Synopsis:
While reading incident reports I came across the report of a traffic stop, initiated by
Deputy Jason Breunig. Deputy Breunig was assisted on the stop by Deputy Kyle Perlich
and Deputy Larry Lessard.
Even though I was not at the scene to witness the deputies actions, their reports were
well written and gave a good picture of what occurred. In reviewing the report it was
evident that the deputies worked well together. They utilized their police skills in looking
beyond the traffic violation, used past knowledge of local suspects, skillfully interviewed
the suspects to obtain accurate, valuable information, and turned a traffic stop into a
felony arrest.
