Resolution Establishing 2002 Park and Trail Dedication Fees
Park and Trail Dedication Fees must be established annually by City Council
resolution. Park and trail fees were raised in 2001 on residential properties to
keep pace with rising land values. Property values did not increase
appreciably over the past twelve months and staff believes that our current
fees are on target.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council approve the attached resolution
establishing 2002 Park and Trail dedication rates at the 2001 levels.
