' Dear. Ladies and Gentlemen:
935 E. Wayzata Blvd,
The, purpose of this letter is to let yOu know Lundgren Bros. is opposed to the proposed .
F ayZata Landscape Buffer. Ordinance to be discussed at tonight's meeting,' we are grateful that the City
Minnesota 55391 Staff has given us the opportunity to meet with them and discuss this matter. Unfortunately, I
personally cannot attend tonight's meeting to state our'position, because I am appearing before a
72)473 -1231 City Council in another municipality at the same time.
'x
Lundgren Bros. would like to go. on record in opposition'to this ordinance and we have joined
' with the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) in developing a position of why we ate
opposed to this ordinance, We want you to know that we suppor I the collective statements of
BATC and that they are speaking on behalf of Lundgren Bros.
' We appreciate the City's attempt to develop a well planned community and we know you support
Pp ty
our attempts as well. However we believe that this proposed ordinance goes well beyond what is
' necessary to do a-good job and only contributes'to'the cost of housing with little or no
measurable benefit. We ask you to not approve this, ordinance or delay any action on it until'
further analysis can be conducted. We are most willing to work with the City, on this matter and
again, we apologize for not being, able to.attehd:
Very truly yours,
