The bituminous wear course will be completed during the 1996 construction season. Therefoie we are requesting that the City of Chanhassen accept the utility portion of this project for ownership and maintenance. This verification is based on the staking and part-time constriction observation provided by Westwood, and inspection by a City representative (OSM). Thank you for your help in this matter.
