Staff has received a letter from Mr. Steve Swanson, Proic

We hereby verify that all public sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer improvements in the single -
family portion of the Mission Hills development are completed in compliance with City standards. The
bituminous wear course will be completed during the 1996 construction season. Therefoie we are
requesting that the City of Chanhassen accept the utility portion of this project for ownership and
maintenance.
This verification is based on the staking and part-time constriction observation provided by Westwood,
and inspection by a City representative (OSM).
