As required by State Statute 429, notice of this assessment hearing has been published in the Chanhassen Villager and individual notices have been mailed to all property owners of record with Carver County, proposed for special assessments associated with this project. Don Ashworth September 19, 1995 Page 2 At the close of the public hearing, if there are no relevant questions or issues which would require further investigation, it would be recommended that the City Council adopt the assessment roll dated September 15, 1995 for the reconstruction and storm drainage improvements associated with the overall Chanhassen Estates lst and 3rd Additions Improvement Project No. 93 -10 and that the assessment rate and term be established at 7' /z% and 8 years, respectively. ktm Attachments: 1.
