According to Mr. McLouth, the public utility improvements have been completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications including the first lift of bituminous asphalt. The public utility improvements have been tested and approved by City staff. Staff has performed a walk- through inspection of the project and found that some minor adjustments are required by the contractor prior to final acceptance by the City. For the record, the utility portion of the project shall include only the watermain and sanitary sewer system. The storm sewer and ponding facilities shall be considered for acceptance upon completion of the final wear course (streets) in 1995. The tests were observed by Phil Tipka ' of OSM, the City of Chanhassen's representative. On behalf of Shamrock Development, it is requested that the City ' of Chanhassen accept the water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer as part of the City of Chanhassen's public utility systems.
