All i present. _.n a motion made by Councilman T:oeser and seconded. by Councilman Tolmber.g that we dispense with the reading of the minutes until the end of the meeting. Motion carried, no negative votes. 'Ir ITerb and Bob - were present to discuss their pro- posed development. Their previous plat plan was for 152 lots. The prelimin- ary plan they are now presenting consists of 136 lots. All Lots are at least 11 square feet and up. The anticipated grocrth of this development for the 1st year is to cotla- plete 56 lots or 2/5ths of the addition. Their tentative schedule is to have the project fully developed in three ,rears. These developers intend to give the Village a 50' piece of land on the South side of the Sewer Plant for future growth of plant. . Bob IAson stated. that they will pay to the Village 10 ;' down payment of the total cost for water.and sewer. Then we will pay ;250 per lot of which this 10°,: will be a part of. The Council authorizes our fiscal agent -Don IQolty, V. Engr -T. Flatebo, and Councilman .',oeser and Holmberg to get together and discuss this matter and relate back to the Council their findings. I_T George Shorba appeared before the Council, RE: Sewer Unit Charge on Iot 5 Dock 5. He stated he would check his receipts and relate back to the Council his findings. The Clerk is to check to see if I'`r. Shorba's property (known as the Melchior house) is zoned residential or Co mamurcial, and. to chock.if the alley has been vacated legally behind said lot. Ir. Mrs Al Skluzacek and George Ben ek appeared before stated the reason the Council did no UP_eir names on the rolls for frontage is because : -Ir.
