The Chanhassen Village Council met in regular i7eeting on Larch 2L� 1966
at the Village L-lall at 7:30 I'Ai. All members present. :i ayor Coulter call-

Commission the Village Council grant Standar Gil a rezoning of their
property from residential to comi orcial. i_ot_ion carried, no negative
votes. The clerk is to prepare Ordinance -;r62 and have it published con-
cerning this rezoning. On a motion made by Councilman Ilolv.ibcrg and
seconded by Councilr...an '.'auly that the Village Council approve basic plan
submitted by Standara Oil subject to the Engineer and wilding Inspectors
approval. iTotion carried no negative votes.
