Several home owners with property abutting this portion of Saint John's Street signed the petition. Council- man Tessness then explained that he has talked over this matter with r. Scholer and that 'Ir. Scholer has indicated. that he intends to blacktop said road shirtly. He has been waiting to see who will be awarded the bid to blacktop Highland Park, and at that time he will contact the `;ontr.actc:r and have this portion of St. John's Street done at the same time. ,ounci.lman Tessness then gave a run doom on the proposed street railing to be done. Kc stated that the streets will be oiled either the 1st or second week in June. 1.1 r.. Earl Sharpe representing Frontier Development Corp. presented plans and specifications on a proposed addition to Animal Fair. It will be a 60 by 100' unheated storage building, with outside to be constructed same as the exhisting building. n a motion made by Councilman Pauly and seconded by Councilman -T :7 that the Village Council accept the Planning Commission recommendation to approve the plans for this addition to Animal Fair. iTOticn carried, no negative votes. It was decided that the building permit would be $30.00 .n a motion made by Councilman Holmberg and seconded. by Councilman Pauly that the Village Council accept the Planning Commission recommendation to approve the plans submitted by Hansen cl Klingelhutz to construct a eleven unit apartment on l-ot 6 Block 3, lighland Park Addition. Motion carried, no negative votes. QUI`.DING PERMIT FEES A discussion was then held on Building Permit fees. Councilman Tessness reported that the Planning Commission is in the process of revising the BuildinL rn a motion made by Councilman Roeser.c:.n' seconded by Councilman Pauly that we abide by Crdinance ;r32 for building permit fees. Motion carried, no negative votes. The Clerk read a letter from the Uealth Inspector - Docti,r Adams - sent to the Village .regarding the sewer plant.
