_iayor Coulter: opened the mr..eting with the �'�ed.ge to the flag. iiZ0 minutes
of the last meeting were read and. on a motion rsade by Councilman T'oeser
and seconded by Councilman 'iolmbe: - ^g the minutes be approved as .read. = 't.otion
carried, no negative votes.
- -ayor Coulter reported that they are still having sewer trouble at the
5arg Palmer residense. It was suggested that after the streets are oiled
the engineer should tatce a look at the lay of the land and possibly in—
stall a roan hole where this trouble seems to be.exhisting.
ilayor Coulter also reported that he is going to meet with Gene '_ on
acquiring a deed for the property Chanhassen :},states is going to give
the Village for expansion of the Sewer plant, and at th�:t.t time the Village
would install a higher fence around. said. plant.
;Mayor Coulter also stated he would like to see the Sewer lines flushed in
about three weeks. Francis 1 offered. to bring two sheep dotrn to the
3-ewer Plant to tccop the grass short, provided. however that the gate and
fence are tcept closed.

decided that the Sewer ::service Charge for the Pine ?i11 Cafe be raised
1 unit for 3 months (July, August, and September) 3rd. �:)uar ter, , because of
the increased flow of water created. by the use of the air conditioner.
POLICE.
Francis -lein — Officer, stated. that he would lit to be reimbursed, for
the food he has been purchasing to take care of impounded. dogs. The
Council instructed him to snake out a purchase order for said ai :3ount.
