The meeting was delayed until 9:00 pm. On a motion -made by Councilman _auly and seconded" by Councilman,Tessness that we dispense with all formalities. - L -otion carried, no negative votes. Na; or ' ou'ter reported. to the ^ouncil on the meeting held between I.Lerb i• =ason, Don 'dolty, Bob - Iason, ' Larson and T. Flatebo, and himself. The frontage road. requested by the Council has met with approval with ` -lobert 1.1ason. The Council wants a letter lr. liason stating to that effect and in turn the Village Council will pub- lish and approve the petition for re- zoning of the property. 7.1c ''ason re- quested that the Clerk send him an extract of the minutes whore the Council approved their preliminary plat plan, he also wants a copy of the Ordinance annexing into the Village the south portion of their land. On a motion wade by Councilman Tcssness and seconded. by Councilman Pauly that the Village Engineer be authorized. to supply inspectors during road and storm server construction in the Chanhassen estates project not to exceed the sum of Y1,000.00 for first phase of construction. idotion carried..
