MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 11, 1966 VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING.
Because of the death of a Councilman's son the regular meeting scheduled
for tonight is cancelled until Tuesday August 16, 1966 at 8 :15 P.M.
However the Bond letting will still have to be held tonight.
The Bonds for the 1966 -1 Improvements were opened at 8:00 P.M.
The Village Council met at 10200 P.M. The,following members present:
Mayor Coulter, Councilman Hehl and Roeser" Councilman Tessness and Pauly
absent. Mr. Elhers fiscal agent from Elhers Assoc was present.
The purpose for said meeting is to accept or deny the lowest bond bid.
On a motion made by Councilman Roeser and seconded by Councilman Hehl
that we dispense with all formalities. Motion carried, no negative votes.
On a motion made by Councilman Roeser and seconded by Councilman Hehl that
the Village Council accept the bond bid of E. J. Prescott and Company for
$150 with the net interest rate of 4,799% and net interest cost of
$69 maturing over a period of fifteen years. Motion carried, no
negative votes, (Details of minutes to be found in Minutes and Resolutions
1966 -1 Project file Exhibit F).
On a motion made by Councilman Kehl and seconded by Councilman Roeser the
meeting be adjourned.
