1967 09 05Meeting September 59 1967 The Chanhassen Village Council met on September 5, 1967 at 8:00 P.M. at the Village Hall on Kerber Drive for the purpose of preparing the budget. The following members were present: Mayor Coulter., Councilmen Klingelhutz., Hill., Bennyhoff and Pearson. The meeting was officially opened at 11:15 P.M. On a motion made by Councilman Bennyhoff and seconded by Councilman Klingelhutz to approve the contract from Don ' C 'Nolte - Fiscal Agent; and authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to sign said contract. Motion unanimously approved. GREENWOOD SHORES A discussion was had on the hearing for vacating of a certain tract of land in Greenwood Shores. On a motion made by Councilman Pearson and seconded by Councilman Bennyhoff authorizing the Attorney to seek a continuous of the vacation of a part of Greenwood Shbres to permit the Village Council time with which to investigate utilization of the area. Motion unanimously approved. ANNEXATION Councilman Klingelhutz moves that the Village adopt a resolution accepting the petition for request of annexation to the Village of Chanhassen from Fink, Phahl Requet Gedney and Corneleous. Resolution seconded by Council - man Bennyhoff and unanimously approved.
