Commencing at the northwest quarter of said Lot 1, thence on an assumed bearing of east along the north line of
said Lot 1 a distance of 4.98 feet, thence on a bearing of south a distance of 1.70 feet to the point of beginning of
the vacation to be described, thence continuing on a bearing of south a distance of 3.30 feet, thence on a bearing
of east a distance of 22.20 feet, thence on a bearing of north a' distance of 3.30 feet, thence on a bearing of west

PROPOSED VACATION OF UTILITY EASEMENT
CITY OF CHANHASSEN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen City Council will hold a public
hearing on Monday, August 22, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen City
Hall, 690 Coulter Drive. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the application of Elinor
Kerber to vacate a portion of a utility easement located on Lot 1, Block 1, Highland Park.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for review at City Hall during
regulate business hours.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
