Attached is an Assessment Roll and Assessment Area Map for Project 91 -17B, Upper Bluff Creek
Utilities - Phase II. There have been some changes since the original Public Hearing for this phase
of the project. Since the utilities were not extended west to Highway 41 as originally proposed, some
of the properties in that area are not being assessed at this time. Those properties will be assessed
under a future project when sewer and water are extended to the west. '
The proposed assessments generate enough revenue to cover the project costs. All proposed
assessments are based on the established trunk area assessment rates. There are no lateral benefit
assessments proposed. A summary of the assessment revenue is as follows:
Total Project Costs: $ 954,000
Total Project Assessments: 1,012,495
Net Revenue Balance: $ 58,495
As usual, those people living in large lot single family homes are being assessed for only one '
equivalent unit at this time. This procedure affects the following properties:
