BOX 147 • CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA 55317 (612) 937 -1900 • FAX (612) 937 -5739 TO: Don Ashworth, City Manager FROM: Todd Hoffman, Park and Recreation Director 7 DATE: June 20, 1994 SUBJ: Appointment to Youth Commission As you are aware, Ms. Natalie Rossini is unable to continue in her capacity as Chanhassen's student representative to the Youth Commission. Natalie is graduating from Chaska High School. The city council acknowledged Natalie's contribution to the commission and the community at their May 9, 1994 council meeting. To assist us in identifying a replacement for Natalie, Independent School District #112 provided application forms to students at Chaska High School. This solicitation resulted in five students applying for the position. The attached interview schedule has been established for the council. The commission is anticipating their selection process to be completed prior to July 1, 1994. Please note that Susan Hurm has completed a two year term as the city's adult representative to the commission and is interested in reapplying for another term. Please ask the council to confirm the status of this position during their discussion on the 27th. ATTACHMENTS 1. Interview schedule. 2. Letter from Susan Hurm dated June 4, 1994. 3.
