We are currently resolving two course of this project. + +i65irS95 Q.A„4y = [' an extension of the grading permit project. As you know, grading did herefore will not be completed on issues that have arisen in the 1. We have a mutual agreement with Dean Johnson to reduce the 1 grades on our respective parcels to eliminate the need for retaining walls. Both of our original plans contemplated site measured retaining walls once the rough grading was complete. We 1 are presently cutting the slope wherever possible to a 3:1 grade. Northwest has approximately three more days of work on the common slope between the townhomes and Byerly's. 1 We have hired Kahnke Bros. to hydromulch the slope as soon as Northwest is finished. 1 2. We have drain -tiled the entire length of the hill behind Byerk -' because of a unexpected. This spring has saturated the soils and we have been unable to complete the 1 grading. After the drain tile was installed, it was determined that additional tiling would be required. We have been awaiting the consultation of the testing agency and the engineers before finishing the slope. At the weekly jobsite meeting this morning, 1 we arrived at a plan of action. We will install an additional line of draintile with pitwashed rock and tie into the lines previously constructed. 1 Thank you for your patient understanding. Si e f u. f Charles Wm.
