City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of the City Council present. BACKGROUND Lennar has requested the vacation of the drainage and utility easement over the existing 12" trunk watermain within Outlot D, Reflections at Lake Riley 1 st Addition. The easement was granted in 2004 when the trunk watermain was installed. This segment of watermain provides a loop from the area north of Highway 212 to the North Bay, Lakeside and Summerfield developments. The 12" trunk watermain is proposed to be relocated within the rights of way within the Reflections at Lake Riley 2nd Addition development. A temporary drainage and utility easement will cover the trunk watermain until the new watermain is installed and tested, at which time the existing watermain will be abandoned.
