Mayor and City Council September 29, 1994 Page 2 I am attaching a copy of the typical project development coordination agreement typically entered into by Dunbar Development Corporation and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority. I am also enclosing a copy of a typical long term management agreement. Either of these two could be used to develop an RFP to solicit bids from other firms. However, quite frankly, I am unaware of another firm with the experience, reputation and professionalism of Dunbar Construction. I am confident that the RFP process would not produce any cost savings. At question is really one of whether a trust relationship exists between the project manager and the client. In this case, I see the primary client being the senior citizens themselves. I would anticipate that they would probably like to speak on this issue.
