RE: Restriction on Temporary On -Sale Liquor Licenses
I Dear Don:
The legislature this past session limited to three (3) the number of temporary
licenses that can be issued every year to an organization. The enclosed ordinance
amendment incorporates that change. I have also enclosed a "red- lined" copy of the
amendment showing where the change was made. Although the change is in effect even
without the ordinance amendment, it is a good idea to incorporate it in the City Code so
that the restriction is not forgotten.
