PROPOSED MOTION
"The City Council is recommended to vacate the drainage and utility easements
in Outlot B and Lot 1, Block 2, Lakeside Fourth Addition as shown on the
attached survey prepared by Pioneer Engineering.
City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of the City Council
present.
BACKGROUND
The existing drainage and utility easements
on Outlot B and Lot 1, Block 2, Lakeside
Fourth Addition were dedicated when the
land was final platted.

CITY OF CHANHASSEN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen City Council will hold a public
hearing on Monday, February 13, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Boulevard. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the request of Ron
Clark Construction for the vacation of the drainage and utility easements on Lot 1, Block 2, and
Outlot B, Lakeside Fourth Addition.
A legal description and drawing of the proposed vacation area are available for public
review at City Hall during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
