It appears that there will be more site plans seeking review than we have had in the last few years. Review the Community Commercial (CC) and Regional Commercial Finance (RC) Zoning Districts: The CC District is the continuation of the downtown, Phone: 952.227.1140 Fax: 952.227.1110 and the uses and square footage requirements should be reviewed. Work on the 2005 AUAR (Alternative Urban Areawide Review) Update: The property owners are preparing for development and the uses in this Recreation Center district should be reviewed.
