Browse through the menu of folders to the desired document.
Image Format
The document will initially open in an image format.
1. To resize the document, use the zoom buttons on the toolbar.
2. To browse through the pages of the document use up and down arrow buttons on the
toolbar.
3. The document being viewed can be printed, however there will be additional
information included about the webpage itself. To print just the document or multiple
pages of the document, use the PDF option referenced below.
Text Format
To view the document in its text format, click the text button on the toolbar. This is the
red button located on the far right of the tool bar.
1. To copy text from this view, hold your left mouse button and select the desired text to
copy by dragging it across the selection. When finished, release your left mouse button
and click the right mouse button to select copy. The text can then be placed into a
local document on your computer using the paste option.
2. The document can be printed in this view; however the formats will be different than
the original image.
PDF Format
This is the best format to view and print documents, but it requires that Adobe Acrobat
Reader be installed on your computer. This is a free tool from Adobe and can be
downloaded from www.adobe.com.
1. Use the buttons on the Adobe Acrobat toolbar to manipulate the document.
The names of the buttons will be displayed as you place your cursor over them.
2. To print the entire document, or multiple pages, click the print button and choose
the appropriate options.
3. To print or copy only a selected area of a document, such as in a map or drawing, use
the graphics select tool, hold you left mouse button down and select the area by
drawing a box around it. Then right click and choose copy or print.
