DISCUSSION Over the past three months, City staff and the consultant team have been working through various design and right -of- way /easement acquisition issues for the project. This has included numerous meetings with individual property owners along the project corridor. Staff and the consultant team will provide the City Council with a detailed update on the following issues as a part of the work session: 1. Final Design Updates • Underpass Design at Bandimere Park • Storm Water Pond Design • Tree Impacts • Buffering /Screening for Foxford Road Residents • Individual Property Access to TH 101 2. Preliminary Construction Phasing /Staging Plan • Temporary Construction Access from Kiowa Trail to Springfield Drive. 3. Right- of- Way/Easement Acquisition Process Update 4.
