Ordinance 533CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO.533 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 CHANHASSEN CITY CODE, ZONING CONCERNING STORAGE OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND RECREATIONAL FACILITY LIGHTS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: Section. Section 20-910 (7) of the City Code, City of Chanhassen, Minnesota, is hereby amended to read as follows: Recreational vehicles may not be occupied or used for living, sleeping or housekeeping purposes for more than seven consecutive days or more than 21 days within a 365-day period. Section. Section 20-913 (c) (2) of the City Code, City of Chanhassen, Minnesota, is hereby amended to read as follows: Fixture height shall not exceed 30 feet. Recreational facility light poles shall not exceed 75 feet in height. Section. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
