AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20
CHANHASSEN CITY CODE, ZONING
CONCERNING STORAGE OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
AND RECREATIONAL FACILITY LIGHTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
Section. Section 20-910 (7) of the City Code, City of Chanhassen, Minnesota, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Recreational vehicles may not be occupied or used for living, sleeping or housekeeping
purposes for more than seven consecutive days or more than 21 days within a 365-day
period.
Section. Section 20-913 (c) (2) of the City Code, City of Chanhassen, Minnesota, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Fixture height shall not exceed 30 feet. Recreational facility light poles shall not exceed
75 feet in height.
Section. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
