Dear Mr. Morris: 1
Enclosed please find information pertaining to the city's past community center referenda and
some miscellaneous survey data. If you require additional information in this regard, please do 1
not hesitate to call me. Thank you for taking our conference call of yesterday to discuss the
timing of our survey efforts. It has been concluded that the city will publish a newsletter
describing the project prior to the survey being conducted. A Community Center Task Force 1
(HRA, City Council, Park and Recreation Commission, Planning Commission) meeting has
tentatively been set for Wednesday, June 30 at 5:30 p.m. The agenda that evening would include
an architect's update by Curt Green of HGA and an introduction of your proposal. Please check 1
your availability on the 30th and contact me with your findings at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely, 1
