City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of the City Council present. BACKGROUND Finance The existing drainage and utility easements on Outlots A and D, Lakeside and the trail Phone: 952.227.1140 easement on Outlots C and D, Lakeside were dedicated when the land was final platted. The Fax: 952.227.1110 proposed development within this area differs from the preliminary plan, therefore the developer proposes to vacate the easements and rededicate accordingly. Park & Recreation Phone: 952.227.1120 There are some existing private utilities within the existing drainage and utility easement on Fax: 952.227.1110 Outlots A and D, Lakeside. The developer has submitted a drawing to illustrate that these utilities will be within a new easement, with a minimum of four feet from the utility to the Recreation Center edge of the easement. 2310 Coulter Boulevard Phone: 952.227.1400 The 30 -foot drainage and utility easement on the east side of Outlot D, Lakeside was for Fax: 952.227.1404 future storm sewer. The final development of this area differs from the original plan and the storm sewer and corresponding easement are no longer necessary. Planning & Natural Resources Phone: 952.227.1130 The development plan for the Lakeside development included a connection from the Fax: 952.227.1110 sidewalks within the development to the trail to the east, within Eden Prairie. Due to the proposed change in housing units in the area, the alignment of this sidewalk connection will Public Works be changed.
