The main easement through the property contains an existing sanitary sewer and watermain line. DISCUSSION The proposed Market Street Station development will be constructing buildings over the location of the existing sewer and water lines. As such, the existing sewer and water lines will need to be relocated south of the proposed buildings. The new sewer and water lines will be constructed within a new easement. The remaining lot line easements are being vacated to "clean up" the new plat and remove any existing encumbrances. New lot line easements will be dedicated on the new plat. RECOMMENDATION (simple maioritv vote required) Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the following motion: "The Chanhassen City Council approves a resolution vacating a portion of the public drainage and utility easements at 7880 Market Boulevard, subject to the following condition: 1.
