For this phase of the project approximately 11 easements will be required. At this time we do not anticipate any specific problems in acquiring the easements. I However, past experience has shown that problems do arise. Therefore, we would like the Council to authorize the City Attorney to begin condemnation proceedings on the easements in case we need to pursue that option. I Attached are sketches and descriptions of the required easements for the project. The easements south of Highway 5 along Galpin Boulevard include both utility and trail 1 easements and should be large enough to facilitate a future upgrading of the road. Feel free to contact Bob Schunicht or me if you have any questions or if we can be of I further assistance. i Sincerely, BONESTROO, ROSENE, ANDERLIK, AND ASSOCIATES, INC. 1 J/%LAJ(i 1 Phil Gravel cc: Gary Fuchs, Attorney 1 1 2335 West Highway 36 • St. Paul, MN 55113 • 612 -636 -4600 / C Tto P s 1 gents across Darts of Sec. 10 and Sec. 15 for ►ff Creek District Utilities 1 JOHN B. & SHARON L.
