As stated in the letter, Can Haven Plaza 4th Addition has recently been recorded and the new fee owners of this devvelopment.are Kahnke Brothers, Inc. and Dolphin I Development, Inc. The on -site public imovements ire currently under construction with an anticipated completion date of July, 1994 According to the approved development contract of this subdivision, the time of performance to complete the,public improvements was November I 15, 1993. Since the final plat was not recorded until November 4, 1993, the project was not able to be completed within the approved timeline. ' BEISNER. Dear Dave: II As you are aware, the final plat and t. elopment contract for CHAN HAVEN PLAZA 4TH ADDITION have beer recorded. The new fee owner of Lots 1 and 2 in this new plat is KAHNKE BROS., INC. I DOLPHIN DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., a twelve year Chanhassen business resident, will act General Contractor for the GOODYEAR and ABRA Service Center"! �• be constructed on Lots 1 and 2. The purpose of this letter is twofol :t.
