DATE: July 22, 1992 1 SUBJ: Approve Resolution Authorizing the Acquisition of Easements for the Proposed Upper Bluff Creek Trunk Utility Improvement Project, Phase I 1 Project No. 91 -17 I Attached are the legal descriptions for the necessary easements in association with the Phase I portion of the Upper Bluff Creek Trunk Utility Improvement Project No. 91 -17. To date, all of the affected property owners have been contacted and sent information regarding the I needed easements (see sample notification attached). This authorization is required to initiate the negotiation process and /or condemnation proceedings if necessary.
