Phone: 952.227.1130 With the completion of the feasibility study, a scope of work has been clearly
Fax: 952.227.1110 defined for this project. SEH has since submitted a revised proposal (attached)
Public Works for the design and preparation of plans/specifications, contract administration,
1591 Park Road construction inspection and record drawings based on the project proposed in the
Phone: 952.227.1300 feasibility study. The revised amount of $123,840 represents a 24% decrease over
Fax: 952.227.1310 SEH's previous proposal of $1 62,900.
Senior Center
Phone: 952.227.1125 The decreased proposal cost can be attributed to the reduced project scope that
Fax: 952.227.1110
was laid out in the feasibilitY study. Namely the deletion of improvements to the
Web Site South Shore Drive neighborhood. Originally, the South Shore neighborhood was
va'^,~.ci.chanhassen.mn.us considered for a mill and overlay with a small portion of the non-curbed streets
being reconstructed. Due to project costs, that portion of the project has been
deleted.
