CITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA DATE: October 27~ 2003 RESOLUTION NO: MOTION BY: SECONDED BY: ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN TO QUIT CLAIM DEED EASY RIDER ADDITION OUTLOTS A, B, AND C TO THE CHANHASSEN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY WHEREAS, the City of Chanhassen is currently the owner of Easy Rider Addition Outlots A, B, and C; and WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority has entered into a purchase agreement with Bloomberg Companies for redevelopment of the former bowling alley site; and WHEREAS, the property must be owned by the EDA before sale of the property is completed; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chanhassen, Minnesota: 1. The City Council quitclaims Easy Rider Addition Outlots A, B, and C to the Chanhassen Economic Development Authority. 2. The sale of this property does not have any impact on the City of Chanhassen Comprehensive Plan. Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 27th day of October, 2003.
