As part of the redevelopment of the former bowling alley site, the EDA approved

was determined that the City of Chanhassen, not the EDA, actually owns these

ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN TO QUIT
CLAIM DEED EASY RIDER ADDITION OUTLOTS A, B, AND C TO THE
CHANHASSEN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Chanhassen is currently the owner of Easy Rider Addition Outlots
A, B, and C; and
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority has entered into a purchase agreement
with Bloomberg Companies for redevelopment of the former bowling alley site; and
WHEREAS, the property must be owned by the EDA before sale of the property is
completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chanhassen,
Minnesota:
1. The City Council quitclaims Easy Rider Addition Outlots A, B, and C to the
Chanhassen Economic Development Authority.
2. The sale of this property does not have any impact on the City of Chanhassen
Comprehensive Plan.
