City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of the City Council present. Staff has received a letter from Carole Toohey of Lennar, requesting the City consider acceptance of the public street and utility improvements in Reflections at Lake Riley 1 st Addition. Staff has performed a walk - through inspection and finds the completed improvements acceptable for perpetual maintenance and ownership. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby accepts the streets and utility improvements in Reflections at Lake Riley 1St Addition, Project No. 11 -06, for perpetual maintenance and ownership.
