PROPOSED MOTION
"The City Council accepts the public street and utility improvements in
Reflections at Lake Riley 1St Addition."
City Council approval requires a simple majority vote of the City Council
present.
Staff has received a letter from Carole Toohey of Lennar, requesting the City
consider acceptance of the public street and utility improvements in Reflections at
Lake Riley 1 st Addition. Staff has performed a walk - through inspection and finds
the completed improvements acceptable for perpetual maintenance and
ownership. The City has received the necessary documents for acceptance
including a two -year maintenance bond.

The purpose of this letter is to respectfully request the final acceptance of the
public improvements for Reflections at Lake Riley in addition to the release of
Letters of Credit (LOC) S-19235 for Reflections at Lake Riley. We are
requesting a release of S-19235 because the final wear course was installed
this year (2012).

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC STREET AND UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS IN THE REFLECTIONS AT LAKE RILEY 1sT ADDITION
PROJECT NO. 11-06
WHEREAS, the City has received a letter from Carole Toohey of Lennar indicating the
above - referenced street and utility improvements have been completed in conformance with the
approved plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, staff has performed a walk - through inspection and finds the improvements
acceptable for perpetual maintenance and ownership.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby
accepts the streets and utility improvements in Reflections at Lake Riley 1St Addition, Project No.
11 -06, for perpetual maintenance and ownership.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 25th day of February, 2013.
