As a part of the purchase agreement for Lots 1 -5, Block 1, Burdick ar 2n d Addition, n t10 , the city
completed a title search and found that utility and drainage easements that need to be vacated.
New utility and drainage easements will be dedicated with the new plat for Target.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED EASEMENT VACATION
CITY OF CHANHASSEN 1
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen City Council will hold a public
hearing on Monday, November 9, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen 1
City Hall, 690 Coulter Drive. The purpose of this hearing is to vacate all utility and drainage
easements as shown on the recorded plat for Burdick Park 2nd Addition located east of Powers
Boulevard and south of West 78th Street.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review at City Hall
during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.

' RESOLUTION TO VACATE UTILITY AND DRAINAGE
EASEMENTS AT BURDICK PARK 2ND ADDITION IN
ANTICIPATION OF REPLATTING OF REAL PROPERTY
By Councilor:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chanhassen (the "City Council ")
' is authorized to acquire and vacate easements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section
412.221; and
WHEREAS, the City Council accepted on behalf of the City utility and drainage
easements granted by B .0 . Burdick and Brigitte E. Burdick as shown on the
recorded plat for Burdick Park 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received notice from the Housing Authority
in and for the City of Chanhassen (the "HRA ") of the HRA's obligation to replat the
real property pursuant to the "Contract for Redevelopment by and between The
' Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Chanhassen and Dayton
Hudson Corporation" dated , 1992; and
WHEREAS, any required easements for utilities, drainage or other purposes
' shall be granted to the City of Chanhassen by Dayton Hudson Corporation and
recorded on the new plat.
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHANHASSEN:
1. That the City of Chanhassen vacates all drainage and utility easements
' granted to the City and recorded on the plat for Burdick Park 2nd Addition.
Adopted this 9th day of November, 1992.
