1 PROPOSAL /SUMMARY
The applicant has recently received final plat for Summit at Near Mountain which created
single family lots on Outlot B at Trappers Pass at Near Mountain 3rd Addition. Within
Outlot B, a right -of -way exists, which is 15 feet wide and approximately 600 feet long. The
1 existing right -of -way is no longer necessary now that the outlot has been replatted since it
includes the provision of new right -of -way meeting city standards. Since the existing right -of-
way is no longer necessary, the applicant is requesting City Council approval for vacation
of the right -of -way. Staff agrees that the right -of -way is no longer necessary and should be
vacated.
1 RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council adopt the following motion:
"The City Council approves Vacation Request #92 -1 to vacate the approximately 600 feet
by 15 feet portion of Iroquois located within Outlot B of Trappers Pass at Near Mountain
3rd Addition as described by the legal description attached to this report."
