Article X. "Ar2" AQricultural.Estate District Section '20-575, Lot Requirements and Setbacks. ,• The fo•Tlowi•ng minimum requirements shall be observed in an A -2 District subject to additional requirement's, exceptions, and modifications set forth in this Chapter. 1 IF (1)• The minimum 1ot size is 15,000 square feet or sufficient, whichever is larger, in size to accommodate two potential septic sites. • (2) The minimum lot frontage is 90 feet, except that O e o (90) p I lots fronting on a cul -de -sac "�bubble''or along the 1I outside curve or curvilinear sections shall be 490) fee in-width at the building setback line.
