It I 'Section 1. Article X. "Ar2" AQricultural.Estate District
Section '20-575, Lot Requirements and Setbacks.
,• The fo•Tlowi•ng minimum requirements shall be observed in an A -2
District subject to additional requirement's, exceptions, and
modifications set forth in this Chapter.
1 IF (1)• The minimum 1ot size is 15,000 square feet or
sufficient, whichever is larger, in size to accommodate
two potential septic sites.

(2) The minimum lot frontage is 90 feet, except that

twenty -five (25) percent.
