AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2
CHANHASSEN CITY CODE,
ADMINISTRATION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 2-46.05(b) of the City Code, City of Chanhassen, Minnesota, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
(b) Membership. The park and recreation commission consists of seven members appointed
in the manner set forth in this subsection. Members of the commission are appointed by
the council for staggered terms of three years expiring on March 31 of each year.
Additionally, the commission may also have one or two youth representatives who shall
also be voting members. Youth representatives shall be appointed for one-year terms.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately after its passage and publication.
