Basically, these improvements would consist of realigning two of the three legs of the present "wye" intersection to provide for a safer traffic pattern. This proposed construction would be financed entirely by the Minnesota Highway Department and would not involve any financial par- ticipation on the part of the Village of Chanhassen. It is presently our intention to let the contract for this construction in early 1974. We have enclosed a copy of the layout showing our proposed construction, along with copies of a resolution form. We would like the Village to review the proposed construction and act upon the resolution. Also enclosed is a receipt form, which we would like signed and returned to this office.
