' The City Attorney has reviewed the restrictive covenants and has found them to be acceptable. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends the City Council approve the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for Lot 1, Block 3, and Lot 1, Block 1, Chanhassen Lakes Business 2nd Addition. ATTACHMENT 1. II in this restrictive covenant shall be deemed to restrict or prohibit the owner of the Option Parcel and Triangle Parcel from II petitioning the City of Chanhassen for permission to install a sign on the Option Parcel or the Triangle Parcel, provided that such I . sign may not be located as to interfere with the use or maintenance of any easement on the Option Parcel or the Triangle Parcel. 2 . From and after the date hereof, title to the Parcels I 1. shall, at all times and for all purposes, be held in common owner- ship and shall not be separately conveyed or encumbered, but shall I constitute a single parcel for purposes of taxation and a single lot under Minnesota Rules 1990 § 6120.2500, Subpart 8.
