I All the utilities have been tested and approved by the City's inspector. Due to weather constraints, staff has not been able to process the final walk-through inspection which may or may not I require some last minute adjustments by the contractor. Past City policy has been to require these types of minor adjustments to be completed prior to placing formal acceptance on the City Council I agenda. In an effort to expedite the approval process, staff recommends that the City Council accept the public utilities in Trappers Pass 4th Addition at this time conditioned upon the developer and/or contractor supplying the City with an acceptable 1 maintenance bond guaranteeing the utilities for a two-year period commencing from the date of acceptance and that the contractor complete any outstanding punch list items staff generates with the I final walk-through inspection. In addition, the developer's engineer shall supply the City with a mylar as-built plan and two blueline copies of the utility construction. II ktm Attachment: 1.
