tow I SUBJ: 1992 City Council Meeting Schedule
II have reviewed the 1992 calendar in regards to the City Council
meeting schedule. Our regular second and fourth Monday schedule
will work every month with the following exceptions:
May: Memorial Day falls on the fourth Monday in May. I
would recommend changing the meeting schedule to the
1 first and third Mondays, i.e. May 4 and 18. This will
produce back-to-back meetings for April 27 and May 4, but
will keep the other eleven months on schedule.
I - December: As usual, I only scheduled one meeting in
December on the 14th. .
1 Approval of the meeting schedule as indicated below is recommended.
