SUBJECT: Lake Ann Beach Rules
Parks and Recreation Director
Recreation Superintendent ~ ~
During the past couple of years the City has updated many aspects of the
Lake Ann Beach contract. Another component to the beach is the general
beach rules. Having an adopted set of rules will assist the City of
Chanhassen and the lifeguards with any problems or situations which may
arise.
It is staffs' recommendation that the Park and Recreation Commission
adopt the beach rules as listed. The adopted beach rules will be made
available to beach participants upon request.
